Job Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment for US healthcare clients
- Sourcing candidates (RN, LPN, CNA & Allied Healthcare professionals)
- Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews
- Maintaining candidate database and tracking recruitment status
- Building a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
Eligibility Criteria:
- Freshers or candidates with 0–1 years of experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work in night shifts (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM)
- Basic knowledge of recruitment is an added advantage
