Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruiter to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are interested in building a career in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on requirements
- Conduct initial HR screening calls
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate database and update trackers regularly
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Understand job requirements and hiring needs
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Familiarity with job portals like Naukri.com, LinkedIn, etc.
- Basic MS Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 0–1 year of experience in recruitment (freshers can apply)
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in HR domain
