We are seeking a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruiting and a proven track record in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and updates in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and attract candidates.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple job openings simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools, including social media and job boards.
