You will work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to develop and execute well-targeted strategies and lead nurturing plans, as well as drive pipeline generation to achieve the company's growth goals. This role is for someone looking to build and scale a high-performing sales team. You'll work closely with our leadership team and will be responsible for ensuring penetration in the mid and enterprise ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans and objectives to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify areas of growth and profitability.
- Proposes and develops strategic partnerships.
- Negotiate and close strategic partnerships, deals, and contracts that align with the company's objectives.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business development initiatives.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing business development team, providing guidance, support, and professional development.
- Assist in building a high-performance sales process, conduct analytics, and develop strategies to drive growth in new regions.
- Manage data for new and prospective clients in CRM, ensuring accuracy, logging of all communications, and attachment of necessary documents.
Qualifications
- At least 15+ years of work experience in selling solutions / technology products to large enterprises / corporates / businesses across the globe, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills, and having managed large teams.
- High degree of ownership, perseverance, and a go-getter attitude.
- Presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels within the organization are a must.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with the capacity to turn data insights into actionable strategies.
- Results-oriented mindset with a history of consistently exceeding sales targets and quotas.
