Role & Responsibilities
Revenue Generation
- Achieve bank's objectives in terms of earnings, assets, liabilities, credit quality, etc., as per agreed budgets/targets across all product groups.
Relationship Management
- Seek and acquire new client relationships by understanding financial needs and offering appropriate bank products and services.
- Manage client relationships end-to-end: need identification, advisory, deal structuring, and closure.
- Assess client banking needs and risk profiles to ensure optimal risk-reward balance for the bank.
Communication & PR
- Execute brand communication initiatives for designated products.
- Communicate product positioning and differentiation in the market effectively.
Market Research
- Demonstrate understanding of consumers, competitors, and market dynamics using both primary and secondary research.
Credit Appraisal
- Conduct in-depth analysis of income statements, balance sheets, financial ratios, cash flows, management quality, industry outlook, and economic environment.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain high standards of documentation, process compliance, and client communication on an ongoing basis.
