About The Role

The Sales Head will develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets for precast products.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities across residential, commercial, and infrastructure sectors ( Precast)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including real estate developers, government agencies, and private contractors.
  • Collaborate with the production and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and quality assurance of precast products.
  • Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the precast industry.
  • Drive marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and promote the advantages of precast solutions, such as durability, cost efficiency, and sustainability.
  • Oversee contract negotiations and ensure alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to the CEO, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Represent Buildcast Solutions Private Limited at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to strengthen market presence and network with potential clients.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of 15–20 years in sales, business development, or marketing within the construction or precast industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale sales operations and achieving significant revenue growth.
  • Strong experience in client relationship management and contract negotiations.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

Preferred Skills

  • MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development is preferred.

Pay range and compensation package
