Job Summary:

This leadership role is tailored for an ambitious and visionary professional with deep expertise in financial audit, a passion for operational excellence, and the ability to build and lead a new vertical in outsourced audit services. The role involves practice development, client engagement, team leadership, strategic alignment, and strict adherence to global audit standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the outsourced financial audit services vertical, including defining service scope, workflow, and engagement strategies
  • Build a robust framework for audit quality, compliance, and continuous process improvement
  • Identify and implement modern audit tools and technologies to enhance process efficiency
  • Cultivate and manage strong client relationships, acting as the primary contact for audit service discussions
  • Expand the client base through strategic networking and marketing initiatives
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a team of audit professionals and ensure high performance
  • Collaborate with leadership to align audit services with overall company growth strategies
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends and business opportunities
  • Develop and manage the budget for the audit practice
  • Ensure all audit operations comply with relevant accounting and legal standards (GAAP, IFRS, etc.)
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure integration into audit methodologies
  • Conduct regular quality and compliance reviews to uphold audit standards
