Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily inbound and outbound customer calls to manage relationships and respond to inquiries.
  • Provide banking product information such as savings accounts, loans, credit cards, fixed deposits, and insurance.
  • Actively engage with customers to cross-sell and up-sell financial products based on their needs.
  • Build rapport and develop trust-based relationships with customers remotely.
  • Achieve assigned targets for product sales, service quality, and customer retention.
  • Handle service requests, complaints, or transaction support as per bank policy.
  • Record all interactions in CRM systems and maintain accurate records.

Eligibility & Requirements:

  • Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc., etc.).
  • Freshers are welcome; prior experience in banking or BPO voice processes is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and at least one regional language (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
  • Knowledge of basic banking terms, financial products, and customer handling.
  • Comfortable working with targets and deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Sales-oriented mindset with relationship management skills.
  • Good listening ability and objection-handling techniques.
  • Experience using CRM or core banking systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes.
