We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 2-10 years of experience in telesales or telemarketing, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. This role involves making outbound calls to generate leads, promote products, and close sales.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
  • Achieve sales targets and goals set by the management.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Document sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and approaches.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hindi language mandatory
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
