Role
• Build Integrations with MS Dynamics 365
• Build Integrations with D365 Online
• Ability to Integrate with 3rd party REST APIs using JS and Power Automate
• Can implement bootstrap and HTML changes, Angular
• Good Experience in Design pattern, workflows & plugins.
• Should able to create mock up screens
• Propose new design, user experience etc.
• Javascript, Client scripting experience
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM customization experience
• Dynamics 365 customization and configurations
• Expertise and real time experience in Online and On-premise versions of CRM.
• Experience and proficiency in Ribbon Customization, CRM actions, Plug-in, Virtual Entities, Custom Workflows, Integration of AD with CRM, Web API and OData, Business Rules, Business Process Flow and Canvas app
• Identify, develop, and implement solutions for business processes in our Dynamics 365 platform supporting all departments.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with customer directly and resolve issues.
• Sound programming skills in C#/Java Scripts/HTML
• Development skills for .NET projects
