Role Description The Video Editor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing and assembling raw video footage into polished content for online courses, workshops, social media, and marketing campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include cutting and arranging clips, adding transitions, effects, graphics, and subtitles, and ensuring audio and visual quality align with brand guidelines. The role also involves collaborating with coaches, trainers, and the marketing team to understand content goals, maintaining organized project files, and meeting production timelines. The Video Editor may assist in basic motion graphics, color correction, and adapting videos for different digital platforms.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong video editing skills, including proficiency with industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools).
- Candidates should possess skills in basic motion graphics, visual storytelling, and the ability to create engaging educational and promotional content.
- Candidates should possess skills in audio editing, color correction, and file management to ensure high-quality and consistent output.
- Candidates should possess good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with coaches, trainers, and marketing team members.
- Candidates should possess strong time management, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Relevant experience in video editing for coaching, education, or digital content creation is preferred; a portfolio of previous work is highly beneficial.
