Role: Video Editor

We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor who can create high-performing short-form and long-form video content for social media, brands, creators, and digital campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in editing UGC videos, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, motion graphic reels, ad creatives, product videos, and performance-driven video content. The candidate should also have basic to advanced knowledge of AI tools used in video editing, content creation, automation, and creative enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit UGC videos, reels, shorts, ads, product videos, and social media content

• Create engaging short-form videos for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms

• Add motion graphics, transitions, captions, subtitles, sound effects, music, and visual effects

• Edit performance marketing creatives for paid ads and organic content

• Understand hooks, pacing, retention, storytelling, and platform-specific video formats

• Work with scripts, raw footage, voiceovers, brand guidelines, and creative briefs

• Create visually appealing reels with strong typography, animations, and motion elements

• Use AI tools to improve editing workflow, generate ideas, enhance visuals, create captions, and speed up production

• Collaborate with content, design, marketing, and social media teams

• Manage multiple projects and deliver edits within deadlines

• Maintain organized project files and follow proper editing workflows

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 1–3+ years of experience in video editing or content production

• Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar tools

• Experience in UGC videos, reels, shorts, motion graphics, social media ads, and brand videos

• Good understanding of short-form content trends, hooks, transitions, captions, and storytelling

• Basic knowledge of color correction, audio cleanup, sound design, and video formatting

• Ability to create engaging videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Meta Ads, and other platforms

• Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Runway, Kling, Pika, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Descript, Opus Clip, Captions AI, or similar tools will be preferred

• Understanding of performance-based creatives, ad formats, and audience retention is a plus

• Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to take feedback positively

• Portfolio or sample work is required
