Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics, with the ability to transform raw footage into engaging, high-quality videos for digital platforms. You will collaborate with the creative, marketing, and production teams to deliver content that aligns with our brand and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, engaging videos.
• Create content for social media, YouTube, websites, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.
• Add transitions, motion graphics, text overlays, music, sound effects, and color correction.
• Ensure videos meet brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketing teams to understand project requirements.
• Optimize videos for different platforms and aspect ratios (16:9, 9:16, 1:1, etc.).
• Manage multiple editing projects while meeting deadlines.
• Organize and maintain video assets and project files.
• Stay updated with the latest editing techniques, trends, and platform best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Multimedia, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• 1–2 years of professional video editing experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating editing skills and creativity.
• Proficiency in:
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Audition (preferred)
• DaVinci Resolve (preferred)
• Understanding of video formats, codecs, and export settings.
• Knowledge of color grading, audio editing, and motion graphics.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience creating short-form content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design and animation.
• Familiarity with AI-powered editing tools.
• Photography or videography experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
