VideoForce.ai is an AI-driven growth system that helps brands source authentic creator content, identify winning moments & scale them into high-performing multi-creator ads.

We work with modern performance marketing teams across creator sourcing, UGC content, ad variations, performance intelligence & creative experimentation.

As a Video Editor, you will work within a performance creative team focused on producing short-form paid social ads for Meta, TikTok & similar platforms.

You will work closely with a Creative Strategist to turn scripts, creator footage, product assets & concepts into multiple ad variations designed to test, learn & scale.

This is not a conventional social-media reel editing role. We need someone who understands ad pacing, direct-response structure, hooks, retention, proof, CTA placement & creative iteration.

• Edit UGC-style paid social ads, typically 15–45 seconds long
• Create ads using creator footage, stock assets, product footage & brand materials
• Build strong hooks, pacing, captions, callouts, proof elements & CTAs
• Add motion graphics & visual enhancements that improve clarity & engagement
• Execute formats such as split screens, green-screen commentary, testimonials, problem/solution stories, before/after visuals, product walkthroughs & text-led ads
• Produce multiple creative variations from one concept by changing hooks, pacing, captions, structure & messaging
• Use AI tools for subtitles, voiceovers, visuals, asset enhancement & faster creative experimentation
• Work in a high-volume testing environment with fast feedback & turnaround cycles
• Maintain proper file organisation, naming, version control & final-video QA
• Share structured feedback with our internal product team on creative tools, agents, workflow gaps & bugs

• 1–4 years of experience editing short-form videos, UGC ads or paid social creatives
• Strong portfolio of Meta, TikTok, D2C or performance marketing ads
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or similar tools
• Strong understanding of short-form pacing, storytelling, viewer retention & direct-response editing
• Ability to use captions, motion graphics, callouts & dynamic visual elements effectively
• Comfortable producing multiple ad variations quickly
• Ability to take briefs accurately, apply feedback fast & work independently in a remote setup
• Familiarity with AI-assisted creative workflows is preferred

• Experience editing ads for D2C/e-commerce brands or performance marketing agencies
• Experience working with UGC creators, creator footage or influencer content
• Exposure to creative-testing frameworks for paid social
• Experience working in fast-moving, high-volume ad production environments
