About the Role
BookMyChef is building a curated network of hospitality partners across cities.
We're looking for a Partner Onboarding Specialist to drive vendor acquisition and growth
in Hyderabad. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building from
scratch, closing deals, and working closely with business owners.

What You Will Do
1. Vendor Acquisition & Conversion
Identify and onboard catering and food service partners onto the platform
Pitch the platform's value proposition and convert partners into paid users
Own the complete sales cycle from outreach to closure

2. Market Development
Build strong relationships with local vendors and industry networks
Identify high-potential partners across different segments
Contribute to expanding BMC's presence in the city

3. Partner Success & Activation
Ensure partners understand how to use the platform effectively
Guide them in responding to customer requirements and opportunities
Work towards making partners active and successful

4. Hybrid Sales Execution
Combine field visits with inside sales (calls, WhatsApp, digital outreach)
Build and manage a consistent pipeline of vendor leads

5. Feedback & Insights
Capture on-ground feedback from partners
Share insights to improve product, pricing, and sales approach

What We're Looking For
Must-Have:
3–7 years of sales experience (B2B / field sales preferred)
Strong closing skills and ability to handle end-to-end sales
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Good communication and relationship-building skills

Good to Have:
Experience in F&B, hospitality, or marketplace businesses
Existing network in catering / restaurant ecosystem
Experience selling subscriptions or services
