GyanDhan is India's leading study-abroad platform combining an education loan aggregator with a full-stack B2B admissions vertical. We partner with 2,000+ study-abroad consultants across India, enabling them to offer their students the best lending options and end-to-end admissions processing support under one roof. Our B2B admissions vertical is growing fast. We're building a team of sharp, on-the-ground hunters who can sign up consultant partners, get them active, and drive real application volume not just registrations. 

About the Role

You will be the face of GyanDhan's B2B admissions vertical in your market. Your job is simple on paper and hard in execution: sign up study-abroad consultant partners, get them to send us student applications, and convert those into deposits. You will own your territory, work your network, and build from scratch where needed with the backing of our loan RM team who already have trusted relationships on the ground. 

What will you do :

Independently identify, approach, and onboard study-abroad consultant partners for GyanDhan's B2B admissions vertical across your assigned territory. • Leverage warm introductions from GyanDhan's existing loan RM network to accelerate partner activation and prospect cold where those relationships don't exist

• Pitch the full GyanDhan story: loan + B2B admissions under one umbrella, ground-level RM support, Elara shortlisting tool, centralized invoicing, and platform advantages over single-product players • Convert onboarded loan partners to loan + B2B admissions deepening wallet share with existing relationships 

• Drive application volume from Day 1. You will carry a deposit target from month one; there is no ramp period. 

• Track partner activity closely: monitor application pipelines, follow up on pending cases, and flag drop-offs early

• Represent GyanDhan at partner meetings, events, and local engagements in Hyderabad / Delhi NCR

• Report to your Senior Partnership Manager with clean pipeline updates, no ambiguity, no inflated numbers 

Non-negotiables

• Prior experience of doing exactly this, independently onboarding study-abroad consultant partners for a B2B admissions platform or university recruitment aggregator and driving application/deposit volume, is a strict requirement. If you have not done this before, do not apply

• 2+ years in the study-abroad ecosystem in a BD or partnership role — you must know how consultant offices work from the inside • Proven track record of signing up net-new partners yourself, not inheriting a book and managing it

• Comfortable with field sales; this is an on-ground role, you will not be sitting in an office • Based in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad or Noida; able to cover the full state/NCR territory 

Strong signals

• You have existing relationships with study-abroad consultant firms in your market that you can activate quickly

• You understand the study-abroad funnel offer letters, visa, university applications well enough to have a credible conversation with a consultant

 • You have previously worked at or alongside an admissions aggregator or recruitment platform and understand how the B2B side of that business works

• You are comfortable using CRM tools and keeping your pipeline clean without being asked twice.
