Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented US Recruiter with a minimum of 6 months of experience in US Staffing. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, qualifying, and coordinating candidates for US-based job requirements while working closely with hiring teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for US-based requirements.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, work authorization, and client requirements.
• Understand and work on Direct Client / Direct Line requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate rates/salary and manage candidate submissions as per client requirements.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Meet daily and weekly sourcing, submission, and placement targets.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Work collaboratively with Account Managers, Delivery Teams, and other recruitment teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ months of hands-on US Staffing experience.
• Good understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle and hiring process.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Experience working with US job portals and recruiting platforms.
• Good understanding of different employment types such as W2, C2C, and 1099 is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.
• Good negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-management skills.
• Willingness to work in the US Night Shift.
