We are looking for a skilled Part-Time US IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team and support hiring for US-based clients.

About the Role

As a Part-Time US IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating qualified IT professionals for various US-based requirements. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with US IT recruitment, strong knowledge of US hiring models, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit qualified IT professionals for US-based clients.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage the recruitment process from sourcing through offer/placement.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Work with hiring models such as W2, C2C, 1099, and Direct Hire.
• Negotiate compensation and employment terms with candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in US IT Recruitment.
• Strong understanding of US recruitment processes and hiring models.
• Hands-on experience with W2, C2C, 1099, and Direct Hire.
• Experience using job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills.
• Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Good understanding of IT technologies and job roles.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for Software Development, Cloud, Data, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, DevOps, and Infrastructure roles.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience working with US staffing companies or US-based clients.

Work Schedule

Winter Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST

Summer Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST

Weekly Off: Saturday & Sunday
