Location: Noida (Hybrid – 3 Weeks WFH & 1 Week WFO)

Job Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels
• Work on Pharma, Healthcare, BFSI, Engineering, IT, and Non-IT requirements for US clients
• Conduct initial screening and interview coordination
• Manage candidate communication and follow-ups throughout the recruitment cycle
• Submit qualified candidates within defined timelines
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
• Coordinate with hiring managers and internal teams for closures

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in US Staffing/US Recruitment
• Understanding of W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models
• Strong communication and sourcing skills
• Experience working with job portals and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Ability to work in US shift timings
• Must have own laptop and stable Wi-Fi connection
• Comfortable working in Hybrid model

Preferred Skills

• Experience hiring across Pharma, Healthcare, BFSI, Engineering, IT, or Non-IT domains
• Experience working with direct clients/VMS requirements.
