Key Responsibilities

• Handle the complete recruitment life cycle for US IT requirements.
• Analyze client requirements and identify suitable candidates within specified timelines.
• Source candidates through Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, CEIPAL, and other sourcing channels.
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate client interviews.
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified consultants and candidates.
• Work on W2, C2C, 1099, and Full-Time requirements.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Build long-term relationships with candidates for future opportunities.
• Update and maintain candidate records in ATS systems.
• Collaborate closely with Account Managers, Delivery Leads, and Business Development teams to ensure successful placements.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment goals.

Required Skills

• 1-5 years of experience in US Staffing Recruitment.
• Strong understanding of the US Staffing industry and recruitment processes.
• Experience working with Direct Clients and Implementation Partners.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing tools such as Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder, and Indeed.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of US tax terms, employment types, and staffing models.
• Experience working on multiple client requirements simultaneously.
