US Recruiter

Role Overview:

We are a multi-national organization and are currently looking for recruiters who can fulfill this role quite well and, in the process, help us with our current and future staffing requirements. As a recruiter, you would be tasked with hiring the right candidate for the position; as well as ensure that all the due diligence checks are carried out on each candidate. You will be helping to find suitable candidates as per the requirements of the job using the media, social media, or word of mouth.

Furthermore, you need to ensure that all the staffing requirements are met ahead in time.

Roles and responsibilities

Position: US Recruiter Location: Noida, UP (100% Onsite) Interview Mode: In-Person Only

We're looking for professionals with: ✔️ 1+ years of experience recruiting for Business Professional/IT roles in the US staffing industry. ✔️ Strong understanding of the end-to-end US recruitment lifecycle. ✔️ Hands-on experience with W2 hiring (mandatory). ✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ✔️ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Location: Noida (100% Onsite) Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Desired Skills:

• Any bachelor's degree
• Experience into US Business Professional/IT roles (1 yr to 3.5years)
• Multi-tasking; a recruiter is often expected to multi-task
