Location: Makarba, Near SG Highway, Ahmedabad (Onsite/Hybrid)

Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (US Time Zone)

Experience: 1–3 Years

Industry: US IT Staffing, Bench Sales, Recruitment

Salary: 20,000 – 30,000 INR

About the Role:

We are expanding our team in Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad, and are looking for energetic and motivated professionals for the role of Sales Executive. This position involves Lead Generation and Sales activities within the US IT staffing domain. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of US work visas (GC, USC) and a strong interest in the US IT staffing ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through various platforms and build a strong sales pipeline

• Connect with clients and vendors in the US staffing market

• Promote available consultants and understand client requirements

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure consistent follow-ups

• Meet daily and monthly sales targets

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in US IT Staffing, Lead Generation, or Sales

• Strong knowledge of US visa categories: GC, USC

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Ability to meet targets and work in a deadline-driven environment

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with USC and GC candidates from Day 1

• Existing vendor and client relationships in the US staffing market
