Job Description: Area Sales Manager (ASM) – Channel
Sales
Location: Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Kerala
Experience: 3–6 Years (Channel Sales – AV Industry Preferred)
CTC: ₹6.0 – ₹8.0 LPA + Annual Incentives
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday and 2nd Saturday Off

About the Role
We are looking for a result-driven and dynamic Area Sales Manager to drive business
growth within the assigned region. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in
Audio-Visual (AV) product sales and other AV/VC technologies, along with strong
knowledge of regional markets and channel networks.
Key Responsibilities
• Promote and sell a range of AV products and solutions (e.g., Barco CTRL, Barco
Click Share, Busy light & Philips VC solution, etc.) in the B2B segment.
• Generate new leads and expand business across assigned territories.
• Develop and manage strong relationships with customers and key accounts.
• Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners.
• Achieve sales targets and revenue goals within defined timelines.
• Conduct regular client meetings, site visits, and business development activities.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Monitor and report sales performance and market trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support lead generation and conversions.
• Contribute to annual sales and marketing strategy planning.
• Collection of timely payment from Channel Partners.
Eligibility Criteria
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in channel/field sales (AV industry preferred)
• Proven experience in B2B sales
• Strong understanding of AV products and solutions
• Familiarity with regional AV markets and channel partners
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Customer-focused, confident, and professional approach
• Willingness to travel extensively
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Proven ability to generate and maintain client and partner relationships
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
Additional Requirements
• Must have own vehicle and laptop
• Prior experience in the Audio-Visual (AV) industry is mandatory
