Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for the position of Area In Charge. The Area In Charge will manage day-to-day operations, oversee team performance, and ensure the achievement of sales targets within the assigned area. The role requires close collaboration with clients to maintain strong relationships, identify areas for business growth, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role includes monitoring supply chain functions, inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience in operations management, team leadership, and project coordination
  • Proficiency in sales planning, customer relationship management, and identifying business growth opportunities
  • Knowledge in supply chain management, inventory optimization, and logistics operations
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to manage on-site operations and adapt to dynamic challenges
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar role within the automotive sector or related industries
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships
