Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding customer requirements, and providing technical support tailored to industrial air and vacuum solutions. Key responsibilities include preparing technical proposals, conducting product demonstrations, providing sales support, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications

  • Sales Engineering and Sales expertise, including the ability to generate leads, pitch products, and close deals
  • Technical Support skills to assess customer needs, recommend solutions, and ensure technically viable systems
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for managing client relationships and resolving issues effectively
  • Ability to quickly comprehend technical concepts and convey them to non-technical stakeholders
  • Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach to addressing customer challenges
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
  • Field experience in industrial air systems or vacuum technologies is an advantage
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
