We're Hiring – US IT Recruiters (Chennai – Onsite)

Wisdom InfoTech is expanding its US IT Recruitment & Staffing team at our Chennai location, and we're looking for passionate professionals to join us onsite. We're hiring across all levels from enthusiastic fresher's to experienced US IT recruiters.

What We're Looking For:

✔️Experience in US IT Recruitment 1+

✔️ Strong understanding of US work authorizations (USC, GC, H1B, OPT, CPT)

✔️ Hands-on experience with job boards like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn sourcing

✔️ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

✔️Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment

✔️ No strict experience requirement we value skills, attitude, and willingness to learn.

✔️ Freshers with strong communication skills and eagerness to build a career in US IT Recruitment are encouraged to apply.

✔️ Immediate joiners preferred, but we are open to discussing notice periods for the candidates.
