Job Title: US IT Recruiter (3+ Years)
Location: Remote (Chennai)
Shift: US (Night Shift) - 6.30PMto 3.30AM

Job Summary:
Looking for a US IT Recruiter with 3+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for the US market.
Responsibilities:
- Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 roles
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and Dice.
- Experience with job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical and job requirements
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers
- Negotiate compensation and ensure candidate onboarding
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidate
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in US IT recruitment
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies (e.g., Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, Data roles)
- Familiarity with US tax terms: W2, C2C, 1099
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Good negotiation and relationship management skills
