Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad (On-site)
Experience: 3–5 Years

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle
- Work extensively on W2 requirements (primary focus)
- Manage hiring for C2C and 1099 roles
- Source candidates via Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other platforms
- Screen, shortlist, and submit quality profiles within TAT
- Conduct initial HR/technical screenings
- Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth follow-ups
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Negotiate salaries/rates and close positions efficiently
- Maintain ATS and candidate database regularly
Must-Have Skills
- Strong experience in W2 hiring (mandatory)
- Good understanding of C2C & 1099 models
- Hands-on experience with job portals & sourcing strategies
- Knowledge of US work authorization (USC, GC, H1B, OPT, etc.)
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Preferred
- Experience with direct clients or implementation partners
- Familiarity with ATS tools & recruitment metrics
- Strong networking & pipeline-building ability
