Responsibilities
- Source and identify potential candidates using various recruitment platforms and social media.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills and suitability for open positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activities.
- Provide regular updates to management on recruitment progress and metrics.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-8 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
