About the Role

We are looking for a Recruiter – Non-IT to support hiring initiatives by sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates across various roles.

This role requires a structured approach to recruitment, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through job portals, databases, and professional platforms
  • Screen profiles based on role requirements and eligibility criteria
  • Conduct initial candidate interactions and assessments
  • Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines and progress
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the process
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support hiring needs

Must-have Qualifications

  • 1–4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or sourcing roles
  • Experience handling candidate sourcing and screening
  • Familiarity with job portals and professional networking platforms
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
  • Must be located within commutable distance to Hyderabad, Telangana, India
  • Comfortable working in US business hours (evening/night shift)
  • Exposure to US-based hiring or international recruitment workflows (preferred)

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in Non-IT hiring (engineering, manufacturing, operations, etc.)
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize effectively
  • Basic understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting
