About the Role
We are looking for a Recruiter – Non-IT to support hiring initiatives by sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates across various roles.
This role requires a structured approach to recruitment, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, databases, and professional platforms
- Screen profiles based on role requirements and eligibility criteria
- Conduct initial candidate interactions and assessments
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates
- Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines and progress
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the process
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support hiring needs
Must-have Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or sourcing roles
- Experience handling candidate sourcing and screening
- Familiarity with job portals and professional networking platforms
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Must be located within commutable distance to Hyderabad, Telangana, India
- Comfortable working in US business hours (evening/night shift)
- Exposure to US-based hiring or international recruitment workflows (preferred)
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Non-IT hiring (engineering, manufacturing, operations, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize effectively
- Basic understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting
