Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent aligned with our business goals while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
- Source candidates using various platforms including job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and collect feedback.
- Maintain candidate pipelines for key roles.
- Ensure timely closure of positions in line with hiring timelines.
- Maintain accurate records in the ATS or recruitment tracking system.
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruitment partners.
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies and practices.
- Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
- Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
- Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
- Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
- Assessing applicants knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
- Completing paperwork for new hires.
- Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
- Managing internship programs.
- Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company.
- Providing recruitment reports to team managers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience (IT/non-IT/BPO, based on requirement).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with ATS tools and sourcing techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with job portals (e.g., Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn).
- Prior experience in volume or lateral hiring is a plus.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
