Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for a variety of IT roles, focusing primarily on U.S. citizens and Green Card holders.
• Collaborate with account managers to understand staffing needs and deliver top-tier candidates.
• Navigate U.S. visa statuses and tax terms (W2, 1099) with ease.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a smooth and engaging recruitment process.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment, particularly with SI clients.
• Expertise in recruiting U.S. citizens and Green Card holders.
• Strong understanding of U.S. visa statuses and tax terms (W2, 1099).
• Deep knowledge of IT roles and industry terminology.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
