Job Description

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to manage full-time (direct hire) positions in the US market. The ideal candidate must be comfortable handling roles for US Citizens and Permanent Residents and possess strong experience using advanced professional sourcing platforms and networks to identify high-quality talent.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment for full-time (permanent) positions.

- Source candidates using professional networking platforms, premium sourcing tools, and direct outreach methods.

- Actively perform outbound sourcing, cold outreach, and talent mapping.

- Demonstrate excellence in using LinkedIn Corporate Solutions.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.

- Coordinate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements.

- Schedule interviews and manage candidate follow-ups.

- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports.

- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment.

- Proven experience handling full-time / direct hire positions.

- Strong understanding of US work authorization (US Citizens & Permanent Residents).

- Hands-on experience with advanced sourcing accounts, professional talent platforms, and Boolean search techniques.

- Good understanding of IT technologies and roles.

- Strong communication skills in English.

- Ability to work independently and meet hiring goals.
