Signature IT World Inc. is seeking an accomplished US IT Recruiter with proven experience supporting Infosys implementation projects. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and the ability to join our team immediately.

Experience: 2–5 Years (US Staffing Experience Required)
Account: Infosys
Location: Sector 63, Noida (On-site)
Shift: Night Shift (US Time Zone)
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Mode Of Interview: In person
Required Skills:
Expertise in sourcing and screening through platforms such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, JobDiva, etc.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong negotiation and candidate engagement abilities
Ability to work effectively in EST/CST time zones
Prior experience working with Infosys implementation
Solid understanding of US IT staffing processes and compliance
Demonstrated success in managing the full recruitment lifecycle
