US IT Recruiter

Job Title: US IT Recruiters (3-4 Years Experience) - 10 Openings!

Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad

We are looking for driven and experienced US IT Recruiters who are passionate about end-to-end recruitment, client delivery, and growing in the US staffing ecosystem.

Experience Required:

• 3-4 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
• Experience supporting Contract (W2) and Full-Time positions.
• Prior experience working with System Integrator clients (Cognizant and Mphasis are preferred).
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for US IT requirements.
• Sourcing, screening, and submitting qualified candidates.
• Coordinating interviews, feedback, and follow-ups.
• Managing the full recruitment life cycle effectively.
