Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented US IT Recruiter with proven experience in end-to-end recruitment for the US market. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in hiring across W2, C2C, OPT, and full-time roles, with the ability to source, assess, and close candidates across various IT skill sets.
Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients
Work on W2, C2C, OPT, and Full-Time requirements
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and internal databases
Identify and engage OPT/CPT/STEM OPT candidates
Validate work authorization, visa status, and compliance requirements
Screen candidates for technical skills, communication, and cultural fit
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Negotiate compensation, pay rates, and employment terms
Maintain candidate pipeline, trackers, and submission reports
Build strong relationships with consultants and candidates
Ensure quick turnaround time (TAT) and quality submissions
Required Skills & Qualifications2.5 6 years of experience in US IT Recruitment
Strong understanding of US staffing models (W2 / C2C / 1099 / Full-Time / OPT)
Hands-on experience hiring OPT/CPT/STEM OPT candidates
Good knowledge of US work authorizations (USC, GC, EAD, H1B, OPT, etc.)
Experience working with job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.)
Proficiency in LinkedIn sourcing & Boolean search techniques
Strong screening & evaluation skills
Excellent communication & negotiation abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)Experience working with VMS/ATS tools
Understanding of tax terms & pay rate structures
Experience with direct clients/implementation partners
Knowledge of visa compliance & documentation
