Experience:

• 3-7 years of experience working in End-to-End Recruitment.
• Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or IT Recruiter
• Hands-on experience with various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean searches, networking, social media)
• Working experience using job boards LinkedIn recruiter, Dice.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases
• Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple hiring processes.
