Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual hiring targets aligned with client and organizational business objectives.
- Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for business, sales, operations, and support functions.
- Partner with hiring managers and account leads to understand staffing needs and design effective recruitment strategies.
Skills Required:
- 4-6 years of proven experience in Business or Corporate Recruitment, preferably in the US Staffing or Business Services domain.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to closure.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on experience in hiring for Business Development, Account Management, Sales, Client Services, and Operations roles.
- Working knowledge of US hiring models, including full-time, contract, and contract-to-hire engagements.
- Exposure to US employment classifications and tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C) preferred.
- Proficiency with ATS tools, CRM systems, and online sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, Dice, and Indeed.
- High sense of accountability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand role requirements in a dynamic, client-driven environment.
