US IT Recruiter (W2 – Implementation Partner and Direct Clients Requirements)
Location: Noida Sector 63 (Onsite)
Shift: US Shift (EST)
Experience: 1–4 Years
Interview Mode: In-Person
What You'll Be Doing:
• Working on W2 requirements from Implementation Partners (for IT roles)
• Handling IT requirements across various domains.
• Sourcing top talent using platforms like Dice, Monster & LinkedIn
• Managing end-to-end recruitment cycle – screening to closure
• Coordinating interviews & maintaining strong follow-ups
What We're Looking For:
Experience in US Staffing (IT Requirements)
Understanding of tax terms – W2, C2C, 1099
Strong communication & negotiation skills
