- Source via portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
- Screen candidates and conduct initial assessments
- Coordinate interviews with stakeholders
- Ensure US hiring compliance and documentation
- Maintain ATS and recruitment trackers
- Achieve hiring targets
- Build candidate pipelines
- Share regular updates and reports
