We are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated freshers who are eager to kick-start their careers in US recruitment. You'll receive training and hands-on experience in various aspects of US staffing and recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete IT recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
• Source and engage candidates via job boards, social media platforms, and networking channels
• Implement headhunting strategies aligned with current industry trends
• Collaborate with the team and maintain effective communication at all levels
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and internal processes

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in US Staffing. (IT Domain) with Direct clients
• Proven expertise in W2 recruitment, H1B transfers, and Green Card (GC) processes
• Excellent negotiation and candidate engagement skills
• In-depth knowledge of US staffing terminology and rate negotiation
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Strong communication, networking, and social media engagement skills (non-negotiable)
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Requirements:

• We work only with direct clients (no implementation partners)
• Experience with MSPs will be considered
• We hire strictly for W2 positions and IT requirements
• We handle H1 transfers, so candidates with strong experience in H1 transfer cases are preferred
• Strong communication skills are non-negotiable
