Job Summary:

Next Gen Software Solutions is looking for experienced US IT Recruiters to join our growing team. The role involves end-to-end recruitment for US-based IT requirements, working closely with clients and hiring managers to deliver top talent within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle
• Source candidates using job portals
• Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates as per client requirements
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with US clients and hiring teams
• Maintain and update ATS (Ceipal) with accurate candidate data and pipeline status
• Work closely with US hiring managers and clients to fulfil requirements on time
• Handle offer negotiation and follow-up till onboarding
• Hands on experience working with AI Tools in Recruitment
• Experience working with niche requirements and latest technologies

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3–5 years of experience in US IT recruitment
• Strong understanding of US staffing industry
• Experience working with US visa types
• Hands-on experience working with US Tax Terms
• Strong sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills
• Fluent English communication skills (verbal & written) - Mandatory
