Job Description

Job Title: Senior US Non-IT Recruiter / Senior US IT Recruiter

Experience: 4–5 Years

Location: Hyderabad (Hitech City)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior US Non-IT Recruiter with 4–5 years of expertise in US staffing and recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across various non-IT domains such as Utility, Banking, Finance, Insurance, Administrative, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Engineering, Logistics, Procurement, and Professional Services. Excellent communication skills and experience working with direct clients are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US-based non-IT positions.
  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and internal databases.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates based on job requirements, experience, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidates skills and suitability.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Negotiate compensation, employment terms, and onboarding details.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Partner with account managers and hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Ensure timely submission of qualified candidates while meeting recruitment KPIs and SLAs.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and CRM systems.
  • Stay updated on US labor market trends, employment regulations, and industry-specific hiring practices.
  • Develop strong relationships with candidates and clients to support long-term business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4–5 years of experience in US Non-IT Recruitment/Staffing.
  • Proven experience recruiting for roles in Utility, Banking, Finance, Insurance, Administrative Support, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, and other professional services sectors.
  • Strong sourcing skills using job portals such as Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment platforms.
  • Experience working with direct clients and/or MSP/VMS requirements.
  • Good understanding of US employment types, work authorizations, and hiring practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple requirements and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Proficiency with ATS, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
