US IT Recruiter (Night Shift)
Location: Hyderabad (Onsite)
Shift: 6:30 PM IST – 3:30 AM IST (US Shift)
Experience: 2–5 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete US IT recruitment life cycle for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions.
- Source, identify, and recruit qualified IT professionals through job portals, LinkedIn, ATS, internal databases, referrals, and networking.
- Work extensively with MSP (Managed Service Provider) clients and VMS portals to fulfill client requirements within SLA timelines.
- Review job descriptions, understand client requirements, and identify suitable candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidates technical skills, communication, work authorization, availability, and compensation expectations.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of US work authorization (H1B, GC, USC, EAD, TN, OPT/CPT, etc.) and US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
- Negotiate pay rates while maintaining company margins and client requirements.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, offer discussions, and onboarding activities.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals for current and future openings.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements, documentation, and recruitment processes.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to provide a positive candidate experience.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment KPIs, including submissions, interviews, placements, and closures.
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers, Delivery Leads, and Sales teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.
- Stay updated with current US IT market trends, emerging technologies, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
Required Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Hands-on experience working with MSP/VMS clients.
- Strong knowledge of US visa classifications and tax terms.
- Experience using ATS platforms and job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed.
- Excellent sourcing, screening, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work onsite from Hyderabad in the US night shift (6:30 PM IST – 3:30 AM IST).
