Job Description

Job Title: US IT Recruiter / Talent acquisition Specialist

Location: Pragathi Nagar, Hyderabad

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven US IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing qualified IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time opportunities across the United States. The recruiter will work closely with account managers, hiring managers, and clients to understand hiring requirements and deliver top talent within established timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and identify qualified IT candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and internal databases.
  • Review resumes and conducts initial candidate screenings.
  • Evaluate candidates technical skills, experience, communication abilities, and work authorization status.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, submission, follow-up, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals across various technologies and domains.
  • Work on contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements and employment regulations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, consultants, and vendors.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets and performance metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in US IT Recruitment, US Staffing, or Technical Recruiting.
  • Strong understanding of the US recruitment process and staffing industry.
  • Experience working with W2, C2C, 1099, and Full-Time hiring models.
  • Knowledge of US work authorization categories such as H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and US Citizens.
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and Indeed.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, AI/ML, SAP, Salesforce, Cybersecurity, and ERP platforms.
  • Experience working with implementation partners and direct clients.
  • Familiarity with ATS and CRM tool
