Role Description

This is a remote contract position for a US IT Recruiter. The US IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing and executing full-life cycle recruitment, sourcing, and hiring top IT talent to meet client needs. The role includes tasks such as developing job descriptions, identifying qualified candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and managing job offers. Additionally, the recruiter will build strong relationships with candidates, maintain a talent pipeline, and stay updated with industry trends.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes
• Experience in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting practices
• Demonstrated expertise in Hiring strategies and sourcing techniques
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
• Strong knowledge of IT terminology and technologies
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
