We are seeking a motivated and results-driven US Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in recruitment, specifically in sourcing and hiring candidates for US-based positions. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers to fulfill the organization's staffing needs.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using various recruitment methods including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and recruitment processes.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruiting.

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the US market.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and platforms.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
