We are seeking a motivated and results-driven US Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in recruitment, specifically in sourcing and hiring candidates for US-based positions. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers to fulfill the organization's staffing needs.
Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates using various recruitment methods including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and recruitment processes.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruiting.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the US market.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and platforms.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
