Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking experienced Recruitment Consultants specializing in Non-IT Manufacturing sectors.

The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of the recruitment process, including the full life cycle from requirement

gathering, sourcing, screening, and validation to offer acceptance and final placement.

Your primary goal will be to develop and implement effective strategies to attract and recruit top-tier candidates from global markets.

You will ensure that current positions are accurately posted across all recruiting systems and job boards.

You will build and maintain an active pool of candidates for various positions to meet future hiring targets efficiently.

You will be responsible for sourcing, headhunting, and hiring for senior/leadership positions.

You will be accountable for meeting your revenue targets

Graduate, MBA, or related field.

2 to 8 years of proven experience as a Non-IT Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, particularly for Africa hiring.

Strong understanding of Non-IT recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and selection techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.

Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and other relevant tools.

Ability to analyze recruitment data and metrics to drive informed decision-making.

Familiarity with employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
