  • Search for associates / profile on Linked-in, Monster, and other job sites matching Job description
  • Primary filtering/Sourcing
  • Collect all details of candidate
  • Schedule and co-ordinate interviews with candidate and interview panel
  • Complete onboarding process
  • Connect with associates on weekly basis
  • Having more than 1 years of cumulative experience on any one technology i.e. SFDC / SAP / Oracle / Full Stack
  • Should have closed more than 10 positions in one of the above technologies
  • Should have good network on candidates
