About the Role

We are seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter with 2–5 years of experience. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven ability to source and close top IT talent across the United States.

You will work closely with a collaborative recruitment team at Galent to drive real business impact through strategic hiring, modern tools, and streamlined processes.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Understand job requirements from clients and identify suitable candidates.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks.
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and job fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain accurate and updated internal databases and trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Learn and adapt to various sourcing tools, systems, and recruitment techniques.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of IT technologies (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Willingness to work in the US shift/night shift.

Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience
